How can I register?
You can request a ticket by navigating to bottom of the homepage, select register, choose your ticket type and "order now".
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration and further operational emails and joining instructions closer to the event date.
What is the cost to attend Unlock Chicago 2026?
Akeneo Customers
Earlybird registration is $195 and ends on 28 February 2026, after this date the ticket price increases to $295. This price will include access to all in-person sessions and breakouts, breakfast and lunch, networking activities, drinks receptions (13 + 14 April) and Unlock party and all on-demand sessions post event.
You will be able to pay with a debit or credit card (Akeneo uses Stripe for payment processing).
Akeneo Partners

This price will include access to the Partner Summit on 13 April, all Unlock in-person sessions and breakouts, breakfast and lunch, networking activities, drinks receptions (13 + 14 April) and Unlock party and all on-demand sessions post event.

How do I use a promotional code?
If you have been given a promotional code, select the ticket type and add “promo code,” in the designated box then click “order now." Ensure there are no additional spaces.

How do I find the confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email approving your ticket. If you can’t find the email, please search your inbox for an email from registrations@bizzabo.com. Additionally, please check your spam folder. If you are still having trouble, please email unlock@akeneo.com
Will recorded sessions be available?
Unlock Digital ‘Live’ will take place on 21 + 22 April 2026, where you can see the content previously presented at the Chicago event. All registrants to Unlock Chicago will automatically be registered for Unlock Digital.
All sessions from the live digital event will be recorded and available for you to view on demand from 23 - 30 April.

How can I cancel my ticket?
If you are not able to attend, please email unlock@akeneo.com as spaces are limited, and we can reallocate your ticket. Alternatively, you can request a ticket cancellation through your confirmation email.
A 100% refund will be granted if the request is received 30 business days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within fewer than 10 days to the scheduled event.
If the event is canceled by Unlock, registrants may be extended a 100% refund.
How can I transfer my ticket to another person?
If you are not able to attend and would like to transfer your ticket to another member of your team, please email unlock@akeneo.com and we can reallocate your ticket. Once the ticket transfer has been completed both attendees will receive an email confirming the transfer.
Is there an Unlock App?
We will have an Unlock app that will provide up-to-date information released a month before the conference. An email will be sent with information on how to download.
